David Duarte started Assured Building Maintenance in 1984 because he saw an industry-wide need for higher ethical standards – fair treatment of employees and a commitment to unrivaled customer service. David’s son-in-law Frank Fuda took the reins in 2016. Frank’s passion for hands-on, supportive management ensures Assured remains true to David’s founding principles, just as we always have.

1984

David’s son in law Frank took over. Fuelled with passion for hands on and supportive management as well as unrivaled customer service.

A family owned company for over 30 years. Frank, his wife Jenny, brother Flavio and Joan all lead the team of over 30 staff across the GTA.

Passionate
We take pride in our work. Maybe too much. We could talk all day about cleaning enzymes, the latest developments in floor polishing machines, or the effects of road salt on lobby carpets. This is probably why we don't get invited to a lot of parties. It's also why so many of our customers have been with us for years.
